Lacking support for window modality

IceWM supports application modality (as defined in ICCCM 2.0) for transient windows only. It lacks support for application modality of other windows under the same leader. IceWM does not support globally modal windows at all.

Sorry, modality is defined in NetWM/EWMH specification as well as OSF/Motif specification in conjunction with (GNOME1) WinWM/WMH. IceWM does not check the group window to determine whether windows are application modal or globally modal.
