How to completely turn off the translation

I know it is a strange demand, but the situation is that other plugins I use require XUnity.Auto Translator as a prerequisite, but I don't need the translation function at all. I have tried turning off translation in the built-in setting panel (alt+0), and manually modified the config.ini, but every time I restart the program, the translation is turned on by default. Since I'm using a third-party mod pack, I don't know if it's been affected by something other than the plugin itself.
