Vagrant extension didn't make change

After im installing this extension, i just try to reload and do something. But that command didn't make any effect for my homestead. Im trying to vagrant up from my project but that vagrant didn't start. Vagrant log didn't show anything.

Ubuntu 18.04 LTS Im sorry but im still new at this, im not too understand about vagrant file is that. But in my folder project i not have any vagrant file, is that mean i cant work with this?

But im also try to vagrant up in Homestead forder and still didn't any change like folder without vagrant file.

I'm facing the same issue on macos catalina, no output after running Vagrant up using the extension and nothing happens
