Deploying to Roku?

Playing around with TAL, I want to display the sample app on my Roku stick.

I see that there are config files for Roku. How do you create a Roku app for TAL?

In issue #526 it's suggested for Android devices that you separately create an app using a WebView to display the HTML webpage. Roku doesn't have native capability to display HTML/CSS content, or run JS.

If the solution is to create a Roku app separately to run the webpage, what package would you recommend to interpret the incoming web content?
