Add new Includes urls

As part of testing https://github.com/bbc/simorgh/pull/10059 , we had to add few includes to the settings.js file so that tests are run against them.

Includes added:

  • Carto
  • Flourish
  • Riddle
  • Expanders
  • Facewalls

This is done for local and live..
