### 📦 部署环境 Vercel ### 📦 部署模式 服务端模式(lobe-chat-database 镜像) ### 📌 软件版本 v1.69.3 ### 💻 系统环境 Windows ### 🌐 浏览器 Chrome ### 🐛 问题描述 在一个助手的对话窗口中，点击“关联文件/知识库”，再点击“查看更多”，在弹出的页面中添加文件，那么后面在该助手的对话窗口点击“关联文件/知识库”，就会直接在列表中显示之前添加过的文件。  但是问题是，换到另一个助手，在他的对话窗口点击“关联文件/知识库”是没有这些文件的，但是点击“查看更多”弹出的页面中，会显示这些文件已经被添加过了，没法再添加了。   只能通过刷新页面，来重新更新点击“查看更多”弹出的页面中，哪些是之前没添加过的文件。...
