More common formats

Should probably try to provide a preset for a few more common retro formats:

• [ ] Amiga fullscreen (Look up common image formats, I think I've seen full 1bpp planes, and also per-line interleaving.)
• [ ] CGA, EGA, VGA fullscreens
• [ ] Commodore 64 tiles.
• [ ] Nintendo 64 textures.

Ones that maybe don't need presets:

• SMS is covered by MSX presets?
• Atari 2600 is just 1BPP preset?

Also, what happens when there's too many presets to fit vertically on your screen? Does the control automatically implement columns?

At some point it might be worth making an secondary presets directory, for examples of uncommon ones that people might like to try, but aren't included by default.
