helm error when using prefix argument

Expected behavior

Usage of C-u as expected

Actual behavior

whenever I use the prefix argument C-u, I get the following error Error running timer ‘helm-M-x--notify-prefix-arg’: (wrong-type-argument window-live-p nil).

Emacs version

Operating system

I also get this error with a slightly different environment:
