Everything looks good to me now, but I'll take a closer look once more before merging. I'm also thinking of cutting nREPL 1.1.2 first today, before merging this PR.
I've just cut 1.1.2, so you'll need to rebase this on top of `master`. I'll cut 1.2.0-beta1 after we merge this one and the bencode PR.
