Fix the broken tests

Currently 5 tests are failing:

[00:00.986]  5 unexpected results:
[00:00.986]     FAILED  adoctest-test-tempo-delimited-blocks
[00:00.986]     FAILED  adoctest-test-tempo-macros
[00:00.986]     FAILED  adoctest-test-tempo-paragraphs
[00:00.986]     FAILED  adoctest-test-tempo-passthroug-macros
[00:00.986]     FAILED  adoctest-test-tempo-quotes

We can either fix, disable or delete them. I've never used the tempo-related functionality of the mode, so if someone wants to tackle this that'd be great.

I'm also considering killing all this tempo functionality as this is very poorly documented in Emacs and rarely used in practice.

@bbatsov CI is passing all tests now (2023-03-24). Is there still anything to do for this ticket?

@TobiasZawada We still have to fix the tests. I just disabled them as a temporary workaround. In general the test suite has to be examined and updated, but I will not have time for this any time soon.
