Looks like this was fixed in master but if you want the old version back, switch to `stabile-mobile`

Just run it like so... `python manage.py runserver 123.123.123.123:1337`

Comment says port will still be unavailable for 60 seconds. Might just wait 60 seconds instead just for CoD4x servers.
