### Description of the problem
File copies transfer at less than gigabit speed, Active backup writes only transfer around 27 MB/s when it was transferring at nearly full gigabit speed on internal adapter.

I would like to know about the index fails you see, but I think the problem here is the YuLinca switch. I get the same crappy upload performance when I plug the built-in gigabit adapter to the YuLinca switch. Strangely download performance is great.
Although I do get a strange pause every single time on the DS415+ that I don't see elsewhere. It's consistent from every test client back to the DS415+, every single time.
