Consolidate debugger into tracker

Imagine being able to use the features of the debugger directly with the tracker!

  • Rip BRR samples from SPC directly into your song
  • Exporting your song as SPC directly into the debugger
  • Ability to toggle between watching your song playback in the tracker while also monitoring it from the debugger
  • ? !

For V1, I propose having a window tab that focuses one window to either the tracker or the debugger. This simplifies having write code to manage both windows running events and processing.
