[Feature request] What note do BRRs and Instruments get previewed in?

Eventually we will have a ▶ PLAY button on the BRR list box... but what note will it play them in? BRRs themselves don't contain note information as I understand it.

• Idea 1: extend the ▶ PLAY button to have a split 2nd half like ▶ PLAY | C3 where the C3 part can be clicked separately to bring up a little box where you can change the note? A secondary benefit of this could be that the note could be remembered for each BRR you have played, so when you assign to an instrument you start with a good note (for the Instrument box's ▶ PLAY button).

Similarly, Instruments (.sti's) should have a default note stored within them too, so that preview will play in a good sounding note?
