FreeBSD interrupt IO wait takes 60 seconds, seen in TestInterrupt

The test completes just fine, but for some reason the cat subprocess doesn't seem to be waken up from IO wait until after 60 seconds.

This may be a FreeBSD limitation. Needs a platform expert.
