I've installed the extension and using Before you begin procedure but I am trying to exercise Bazel Build Targets, and CodeLens links in BUILD files and I'm seeing empty Bazel Build Targets ... How to properly use this plugin to display the build targets in workspace, and directly launch the build?

There's not enough info to diagnose the issue here. A reproducer would be good, although I understand it's been four years since this was opened.
