Query Sync fails with bazel 9

Description of the bug:

That's a well know issue, the JavaInfo symbol is not properly loaded here https://github.com/bazelbuild/intellij/blob/985db10a18954d8ff7aa7705b887f7d32c33efaf/aspect/build_dependencies_deps.bzl#L3-L21

Oh, does it mean the plugin will not receive bazel 9 support, or just query sync?

Yep, we're not going to invest in anything Bazel 9-specific for the old plugin for IntelliJ IDEA. We can review a PR if it's not too involved.
