Please publish buildtools to chocolatey

Chocolatey is a package manager for windows. It'd be incredibly beneficial to be able to download things like buildifier via chocolatey. Could some kind soul set this up? 🙏

seems like a reasonable request, but I don't think any of us have the expertise for this.

Someone will have to contribute it.

@digitalcoyote sorry to ping but might you be able to do the same thing here that you did for bazelisk in https://github.com/bazelbuild/bazelisk/issues/161 ?

No problem, may take a couple days to get time to sit down and do it. If there are any quirks or specific options that are necessary, go ahead and put them here and I'll get a package uploaded as soon as I can.

https://community.chocolatey.org/packages/buildifier/ https://community.chocolatey.org/packages/buildozer/ unused deps is taking longer to show up, I may have to double back on that one if the _ in the id is causing an issue

EDIT: also remember that it could take a couple weeks to get through the moderation queue and be publicly available
