No IDA 7.0 support

Is support for IDA 7.0 planned? @bazad

I believe ida_kernelcache should still work on IDA 7.0-7.2 with the 6.95 backwards compatibility layer. Is there anything that isn't working for you?

Maybe it's nothing to do with the version of IDA then. Here is the output from kc.kernelcache_process(): https://justpaste.it/5aaxa (This is not the full output, it would appear that IDA truncates the output when it gets too long). The script does not appear to have done anything. If you want to add (or remove) any logs from the script so you can get a better idea of what's going on, I'll be happy to test it out for you.
