Please make it init agnostic

Hi, I think I've tried your work on Artix Linux a while ago (years?) and I remember (maybe incorrectly) that envycontrols worked without systemd, now that I write, version 3.3.0, it doesn't anymore, so if you have the time please make it working with other init (if you do, then make for openrc first 😈), if you can't or you are not interested in this functionality then I wish you all the best!!
