Cursor Latency/Delay

For some reason this mod causes really bad cursor latency/delay at low frame rates, or on very low end hardware, making it almost unplayable. I've tried everything from V-Sync on/off, capped/uncapped FPS, HD cursor on/off, etc. and nothing helps. Not sure if anything can be done about it. Perhaps adding an option to use hardware cursor vs software cursor? I'm not sure if that's possible or not.

I've got that problem too, but the sluggish mouse goes away when I use alt+enter to go into fullscreen.
