Color Grading Greyed Out

For some odd reason my Color Grading section is greyed out. What do I need to do to fix this, as the D2GL settings on D2.exe don't seem to open it up, so must be a setting in one of the files.

Yeah. color grading and bloom are disabled on ddraw mode.
