`verify = true` does not seem to work when cross compiling

I'm gonna close this one, I ended up going in a different direction.

Bad protocol version

In the [diff](https://github.com/programatik29/axum-server/compare/v0.6.0...v0.7.1#diff-2e9d962a08321605940b5a657135052fbcef87b5e360662bb527c96d9a615542L37-R38) between 0.6 and 0.7.1 it looks like rustls `default-features` was turned off.
