Failed items list export

Users would like to be able to export a list of the failed items so they can assign them out and resolve issues.

sounds good. Failed means process failed?

I think this refers to anything that fails a policy test.

you mean above or below thresh hold numbers? Which we already have... it is not a good UI though.

OK, maybe this just needs a UI upgrade, keeping in mind that users would like to be able to move that information likely out of signalserver and into some other tracking system (if there are several people doing video QC, for example, and being able to task out the files accordingly).
