Different pkt_duration_time reported between versions

Open .mp4 video in QCTools Version 1.1.20201104 Notice the pkt_duration_time is reported for the first iframe is 0.2910156

Open the same .mp4 file in QCTools Version 1.0 Notice the pkt_duration_time is reported for the first iframe as 0.0659993

Now it reports pkt_duration_time=0.041016 And I think that one is correct.
