Run Version 1.1.20201104 or 1.0

Load an .mp4 video Notice the film strip in Graphs layout has two off color frames Open Filters layout Notice the frame displayed is frame #1 Advance one frame Notice the frame displayed is frame #2 Falcon_1595301316461_5sec.zip

Actually in latest, 1.2 version, frame stepping always skips 2 frames instead of 1, even in input full of keyframes.
