VoodooI2CController causes frequent boot hang

I've installed all with your guide (thank you very much for it, btw).

Im using virtualsmc instead of fakesmc, and the rest is OK.

I've installed too the I2C solution of this post and it works OK: https://github.com/bavariancake/XPS9570-macOS/issues/2

The problem is that I cant boot without verbose mode. Ive tried everything: -delete I2C and restore original voodoops2controller of your guide -restore fakesmc and acpibattery instead of virtualsmc+smcbattery -tried booting with no caches, but not success if I try to boot without verbose, and so

Could you boot without verbose mode?

Fixed uninstalling voodooI2c and restoring voodoops2controller. Not perfect but ok. I think we need I2C advanced gestures :)

I had the same experience - frequent boot hangs with VoodooI2C, even with verbose mode. They occur in groups, for example, 5 times in a row will/won't boot. For now I recommend using an external mouse or VoodooPS2Controller.

Thanks for sharing such great EFI！My XPS 9570 4k works normally expect touch panel don't support advance gestures and touch screen is not able to be touched.Can it work or merge with @Xigtun? See this : https://github.com/Xigtun/xps-9570-mojave.git ISSUE #23

I had problems today with crashing boot and stuttering touch pad after updating VoodooI2C.kext to version 2.4.2. I found an issue thread here: https://github.com/VoodooI2C/VoodooI2C/issues/313

I downloaded tiger511s archive and exchanged VoodooI2C.kext and VoodooI2CHID.kext and it works. KextUpdater tells me I have the newest version 2.4.2... Not the best solutions, I know.. Looking forward to official 2.4.3

With macOS 10.15.5!
