become a community plugin?

Hello Luca Ban,

First of all, thanks for your great contributions to the users of this plugin.

Nowadays, after a job change, I haven't developed applications for mobile devices or use GCP since January / 2020.

It is very difficult to keep up with all the changes in Firebase and Capacitor without a real app to feel the gaps or move on with new features.

Because of that, I'm not willing to lead the move of this plugin to Community Plugins.

I'm will continue to support this repository, based on others contributions like the Lincoln Baxter has done about the Capacitor 3.
