Traffic shaping

Well, it is not an issue per se, but something like a wish-for improvement.

The only significant feature missing in gufw for most noobs is traffic shaping. It would be really great if ufw-frontends supported it.

Traffic shaping is beyond the scope of UFW, and iptables for that matter, and thus, will not be supported by ufw-frontends any time soon.
