Anki no longer uses model tags

According to the Anki changelog (http://ankisrs.net/changes.html), as of version 1.2.0:

"Model tags have been removed. Instead, a model's name is treated as a list of space-separated tags. If you have plugins that require models to have specific tags, put those tags in the model name instead."

The documentation for "Setting up a deck" should be updated to reflect this change.
