Rename jitter (-j) variable to interval (-i)

Suggest renaming the jitter (-j) variable to interval (-i). Jitter should be a +/- percentage of the interval. For example: beacon with an interval of 30s with a jitter of 10%. Result: a beacon with an internal of 27s - 33s.
