for some reason this code

stops working if i do this

className={twMerge(
                        'border-transparent border-solid border-2',
                        'border-gradient-br-light-blue-surface'
                    )}

BUT again for some strange reason it works if

className={twMerge(
                        'border-transparent border-solid border-2',
                        'hover:border-gradient-br-light-blue-surface'
                    )}
