Adds support for shadows of gaussian blur radius zero. This should resolve #531.
At this point:  The "WIN" text is visible around the same place as "information cascade" for 5 seconds or so, making a bunch of the text unreadable.
I've always wanted to create one and Gravity looks like an amazing language - would a creation such as npm/yarn be up for grabs?

We currently parameterise only some flags, like NPC flags, in `enums.h`. Ideally, we'd do this for _all_ flag types, such as that of BattleStatus.
