Without asset pipeline..

API servers hopefully have the asset pipeline disabled by default.

It would be great to provide directions in the README on how to set up swagger_engine without the asset pipeline.

We're right, but I have no directions.

If you want to use swagger_engine, asset pipeline is essential.
