license question
the license looks like it's half of the model card license from the stable diffusion model weights, and half from an MIT license.
Is it possible that you can make it explicitly allowed (with the first paragraph of the MIT text) or explicitly forbidden to use the source code under an MIT license? (preferably allowed)
I am not sure what is allowed with this license. I have seen other software with an AGPL-3.0 License that have used this basujindal code so I assume this mode is allowed. Is this correct? thanks for a possible answer.
The current version of the license file clearly states that "All rights [are] reserved by the authors," meaning that it is explicitly forbidden to use the source code under an MIT license.
However, previous versions of the repository used the MIT license, so I would guess that the MIT license still applies to those previous versions.
It looks like it would have to be forked from this commit: https://github.com/basujindal/stable-diffusion/commit/f13bf9bf463d95b5a16aeadd2b02abde31f769f8
