How do i use this as an alternative of A1111 Webui? i dont want to dump it on my existing repo

must i install docker and whatnot first then this on another folder then make symlink mklink blah2 for all models, extension, etc?

maybe because my knowledges is limited and all but that sounds risky im not sure why kinda afraid of destroying existing phyton environment somehow which im not sure whether it is actually related or not

also is there no image no what can this webui do? only txt2img?
