New built-in theme

Homer supports built-in themes, based on bulma.

It could be great to add some more. Before starting to work on a theme, please open an issue to describe your idea, link your inspiration if any, and discuss about it. Themes are supposed to be mobile friendly and light & fast to load.

I was literally about to open a new issue to see if @bastienwirtz could pull it into main repo… It would be super awesome if this was part of main repo so that it has proper maintenance and so on.
