Topguw 2 is the second version of Topguw ( https://github.com/bastienjalbert/topguw ). This new version uses only GR-GSM and not airprobe anymore by using topguw_api ( https://github.com/bastienjalbert/topguw_api ).

(Can't get frame number with gr-gsm like airprobe did)
