somthing is wrong with "annotate goto previous/next annotation"

i cant goto previous/next annotation in most of time which is very wired.

Honestly i did not tested that feature deeply, but only because it worked for me so far. :)

Does the issue happens every time you launch the command? Or for example just when you try to jump from (or to) a multiple lines annotation?
