You are trying to get packages for the outdated Debian Wheezy. The APT repository only contains packages for the previous and the current Debian release. At this moment the previous was Stretch and the current is Buster. Hence, what you are trying to do is not possible. Open the /etc/apt/sources.list.d/pm-codeworks.list and replace wheezy by either stretch or buster.
