Webmentions plugin prevents models to load

Hi Bastian and thank you for sharing this wonderful idea!

I tried to load the plugin into my project but it seems like that it prevents page models to load. I come to this conclusion because every page model returns nothing when webmentions is in my plugin folder.

Maybe you have somewhere the time to find the problem in the code. I'm trying to do it also.
