deps: remove dependency bagofcli

bagofcli has moved from cjs to esm. Either repoman is also migrated to esm as well (which is an option) or the dependency needs to be replaced. Otherwise it becomes an unmaintained dependency from repoman's perspective (because repoman can no longer update to any more recent bagofcli version)
