Add Journey charging cost to table

It would be nice to see the sum of all charging costs of a journey, maybe even separated by SuC cost and other chargers.

It would also be nice to have a comment field when creating a new journey where you could add some journey details like: used winter tires, roofbox, trailer, etc.
