[FR] better differentiation SuC and 3rd party charge

Some charging location are so close to each other, that it is not possible to differentiate it by geofence only: Example: SuC and Fastned Hilden: This one should be Fastned: https://teslalogger.de/charging.php?id=58941 This also: https://teslalogger.de/charging.php?id=58957

But if we do smaller radius, this one SuC-Session becomes Fastned tag: https://teslalogger.de/charging.php?id=43903

Idea: we already do a check for SuC V2 and V3. Lets do some more: brand=tesla.

Known problem with it: Imported Data from TeslaFi or TeslaMate doesn't have(?) Brand information. Maybe TL can do a best guess to differentiate:

1. More than 195kW => SuC V3
2. Type=Chademo => 3rd Party
3. Try geofence
4. if nothing helps => Tesla, because Tesla drivers use SuC more likely ;) Write this tag to local DB to get better results on teslalogger.de server
