[FR] add Innogy to Charging Map and Charging Curves

Also it make sense to use "Allego DE" string for charging curves only, because many 50kW charger, that are not in our geofence file, shown as "Allego" too... Allego is in DE and NL only, but today we have Allege DE only in our geofence file.
