HTTP Port / Saving of settings not possible.

Describe the bug If you change the http port, you can't edit the Http-Port in /settings.php anymore, since the "Save"-Button dissapears. So if you change a port you have to first change the port in /settings.php.

To Reproduce Change HTTP-Port in settings.php to something else.

Expected behavior Still be able to change the port in settings.php backup for e.g. if you changed the port accidentally.
