[BUG] Cancelling a print sometimes results in an error

Describe the bug When cancelling a print after pause, you get an error on occasion.

1. When the print is paused, the extruder temp starts to drop.
2. When the print is resumed or cancelled, a purge occurs.
3. The purge is occuring even though the print is being cancelled.

Solution, purge should not occur when the print is being cancelled.
