Missing UV 11+

UV icons currently only reach up to 11 in the library, but today in Sydney it's 13. Typically the government's bureau of meteorology references these values with 11+.

Suggestion:

• add an 11+
• or change 11 to 11+

Had some troubles with Illustrator and After Effects was not working at all. Came up with a single SVG due to time constraints. I think I should make the purple background a bit wider.

Sorry for the verry late reply, this icon will be available in the v3 release.
