You can use multiple repositories in KopiaUI. Right click the icon and select Connect To Another Repository.
This is a known bug that should be fixed in the next release.
Kopia does not have an official Android app, if that is what you are asking. It can backup an Android phone that is connected to your computer, but only files...
Just chiming in here. Tried to get sftp setup with backrest. It's a major pain and just ended up giving up. This PR sounds awesome if it simplifies that process.
