[Enhancement] Support Microsoft MAUI platform

Summary

It would be helpful if the library was ported to support Microsoft's MAUI platform.

API Changes

Interface with new implementation of resources handling in MAUI Update controls to support new native handlers instead of Xamarin.Forms renderers.

Intended Use Case

We would like to keep the images we currently have, and use the same nuget with its controls, behaviors and services.
